    摘要:

    针对压缩机运行过程中出现的轴承故障问题,通过轴承基本状态参数检测与油液监测对轴承故障进行诊断。使用傅里叶红外光谱与扫描电镜对引起设备故障的异物进行试验分析,得出其主要成分为有机酸铵类化合物,是由泄漏的氨气与润滑油中的酸性防锈剂反应生成的。有机酸铵类化合物的形成导致设备过热而产生漆膜,引起轴承温度升高、振动加剧。提出轴承故障解决措施,消除了漆膜的影响,提高了压缩机运行稳定性与安全性。

    Abstract:

    In view of the bearing failure during the operation of compressor,the bearing fault was diagnosed through bearing state parameter detection and oil monitoring.Fourier infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the foreign matter that caused the equipment failure.It is concluded that the main component of the foreign matter is organic acid ammonium compound,which is formed by the reaction of leaked ammonia and acid rust inhibitor in lubricating oil.The formation of organic acid ammonium compounds leads to equipment overheating and the product of varnish,resulting in bearing temperature rise and vibration intensification.The bearing fault solution was put forward,the influence of varnish was eliminated,and the operation stability and safety of the compressor were improved.
