    摘要:

    针对润滑油高温润滑性能突变失效问题,设计制备3种高温自适应的微纳米级别的银吡唑甲基吡啶配合物(配合物1[Ag(LMe)\]2(BF4)2,配合物2[Ag(Li-Pr)n](BF4)n和配合物3[Ag(LMe)(NO3)]2);考察银吡唑甲基吡啶配合物作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能,并分析其摩擦磨损机制。结果表明:配合物1、2在200~400 ℃温度区间内表现出良好的抗磨减摩性能,而配合物3由于严重的团聚现象,并没有起到预期的抗磨减摩效果;具有层状结构的配合物1的抗磨减摩效果最好,其质量分数为0.5%时的润滑油的润滑性能最好。热重分析结果表明,银吡唑甲基吡啶配合物在高温下生成的银微粒能够有效填补摩擦表面的凹坑,使摩擦副的磨损形式由二体磨损向三体磨损,降低材料表面的磨损程度。因此银吡唑甲基吡啶配合物可作为可控后备润滑添加剂。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of sudden failure of high temperature lubrication performance of the lubricating oil,three micronano level silver pyrazolemethylpyridine complexes of high temperature adaptive (complex1[Ag(LMe)\]2(BF4)2,complex 2 [Ag(Li-Pr)n](BF4)n and complex 3 [Ag(LMe)(NO3)]2).The tribological properties of silver pyrazole methylpyridine complexes as lubricating oil additives were investigated,and the friction and wear mechanism was analyzed.The results show that complexes 1 and 2 exhibit good antiwear and friction reducing properties in the temperature range from 200 ℃ to 400 ℃,and complex 3 does not have the expected antiwear and friction reducing effects due to serious agglomeration.The complex 1 with a layered structure has the best antiwear and friction reducing effect,and the lubricating oil with an mass fraction of 0.5% complex 1 has the best lubricating performance.The results of thermogravimetric analysis show that the silver particles formed by silver pyrazolemethylpyridine complexes at high temperature can effectively fill the pits on the friction surface,make the wear form of the friction pair change from twobody wear to threebody wear,and reduce the wear level of the material surface.Therefore,silver pyrazole methylpyridine complexes can be used as a controllable backup lubricating additive.
