    纯电动汽车油冷电机主要采用传动液进行冷却,传动液与含铜线圈或铜合金的电气元件不可避免会产生接触,因此基础油与添加剂等组分铜腐蚀性是传动液的关键性能之一。考察长时(168 h)与高温(150 ℃)条件下不同基础油与添加剂对电动汽车传动液铜片腐蚀性的影响,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对试验后油溶性铜以及铜片表面形貌及组成进行分析。结果表明:基础油对铜片产生的腐蚀性较小,添加剂对铜片的腐蚀性主要受添加剂类型与化学结构影响;含硼分散剂、含磷和硫抗磨添加剂中的活性化学元素如硼、磷和硫等在高温和长时条件下容易对铜片表面造成腐蚀。

    Abstract:

    Drive motors in electric vehicles are mainly cooled by transmission fluid,which leads to large area contact between lubricating oil and electrical components containing copper or copper alloys.Therefore,it is of great practical significant to investigate the effect of base oil and additives in transmission fluid on copper corrosion.The effect of three different base oils and various additives in electric vehicle transmission fluid was evaluated by copper corrosion test under a long-time (168 h) and high temperature (150 ℃) situation.The corrosion of copper sheets was characterized and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer (ICP),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS).The corrosion mechanisms of four additives on copper sheets were explored.The results show that the base oil has a little effect on the copper corrosion performance,while the additives have a great effect on the copper corrosion performance,which is mainly affected by its type and chemical structure.Active chemical elements such as boron in dispersant,phosphorus/sulfur in antiwear additives are easy to cause corrosion on the surface of copper sheet under high temperature and longtime conditions.
