    选取市场上常见的有机酸,包括一元异辛酸、正辛酸、异壬酸、新癸酸、月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸,二元癸二酸和十一烷二酸以及三元酸TC65。通过四球摩擦试验机和攻丝扭矩仪,评价了金属加工液全合成体系中常用有机酸的润滑性能。结果表明:在同等浓度下,二元酸在全合成配方中降低pH的能力最强。一元酸中,常用的月桂酸在钢件加工中润滑性能最佳,肉豆蔻酸在铝件加工中的润滑性能最佳,但是两者消泡性能较差。同时对于钢件加工,随着碳链长度的增加,润滑性能增加,但支链会影响钢铁工件的润滑。当碳链数大于10时,无论支链与直链结构,均对铝件加工的润滑有明显提升作用。

    Abstract:

    The common organic acids on the market are selected, including monoisocaprylic acid, n-caprylic acid, isononanoic acid, neocapric acid, lauric acid and myristic acid, dibasic sebacic acid and undecanedioic acid, and tribasic acid TC65. The lubrication properties of organic acids commonly used in the fully synthetic system of metalworking fluid were evaluated by a four-ball friction testing machine and a tapping torque meter. The results showed that dibasic acids had the strongest ability to lower pH in the fully synthetic formulation at the same concentration. Among the monobasic acids, the commonly used lauric acid has the best lubrication performance in steel processing, and myristic acid has the best lubrication performance in aluminum processing, but the defoaming performance of both is poor. At the same time, for steel machining, with the increase of carbon chain length, the lubrication performance increases, but the branch chain will affect the lubrication of steel workpieces. When the number of carbon chains is greater than 10, regardless of the branched chain and straight chain structure, it has a significant effect on the lubrication of aluminum processing.
