    橡塑密封结构是核电站小流量上充泵中的关键零部件,其磨损寿命直接关系到整个装备的使用性能和服役寿命。密封结构寿命等速测试周期较长且耗费人力物力,因此采用加速试验方法显得尤为重要。本文致力于研究V型橡塑往复密封结构寿命评估的加速试验方法,在确保密封结构失效规律一致的情况下,通过改变密封失效因素进行加速实验方案设计。搭建往复密封试验平台,获得密封寿命加速因子,验证加速试验方案的可行性。结果表明:密封寿命的加速因子为7.29,与预定加速寿命因子的误差为8.88%,验证了该加速方案的可行性与准确性,为橡塑密封的高可靠性及产业化生产奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    Rubber-plastic sealing structure is the key component of small-flow charging pump in nuclear power plant, and its wear life is directly related to the service performance and service life of the whole equipment. The life isokinetic test cycle of sealing structure is long and consumes manpower and material resources, so it is particularly important to adopt accelerated test method. In this paper, the accelerated test method for life evaluation of V-shaped rubber-plastic reciprocating seal structure is studied. Under the condition of ensuring the consistency of seal structure failure law, the accelerated test scheme is designed by changing seal failure factors. The reciprocating seal test platform was built to obtain the accelerated factor of seal life, and the feasibility of the accelerated test scheme was verified. The results show that the acceleration factor of seal life is 7.29, and the error with the predetermined acceleration factor is 8.88%, which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the acceleration scheme and lays the foundation for the high reliability and industrial production of rubber-plastic seals.
