    摘要:

    托辊是带式输送机的重要部件和易损耗部件,托辊密封失效是导致托辊失效更换的重要原因,研究具有优异力学性能、低摩擦、耐磨损的高分子托辊密封材料具有重要意义。本文以聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为基体,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为增强相,通过机械混合、模压成型等工艺制备了的PEEK/PTFE复合材料,探究了不同工况条件下PEEK/PTFE复合材料的力学性能、摩擦磨损性能,揭示了其摩擦磨损机制。研究结果表明,PTFE的加入降低了复合材料的硬度、压缩强度,提高了复合材料的蠕变性能。PTFE作为固体润滑剂有效改善了PEEK复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,当PTFE的质量分数为15%时,PEEK/PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率最低。PEEK/PTFE复合材料的摩擦磨损性能对工况条件(转速、载荷、润滑条件)有明显的依赖性。随着转速的增加,PEEK/PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数与磨损率皆呈现出先上升后降低的趋势,转速600r/min时摩擦系数与磨损量最低;随着载荷的增加,PEEK/PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数先降低后升高,磨损率则是先上升后降低,当载荷为30N时,摩擦系数相较于20N较高,但磨损率最低;润滑脂明显降低了PEEK/PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率,且载荷越大,摩擦系数与磨损率越低。

    Abstract:

    Roller is an important part of belt conveyor and easy to wear, and the failure of roller seal is an important reason leading to the failure and replacement of roller, so it is of great significance to study the polymer roller seal material with excellent mechanical properties, low friction and wear resistance. In this paper, PEEK/PTFE composites were prepared by mechanical mixing and die molding using polyether ether ketone (PEEK) as matrix and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as reinforcement phase. The mechanical properties, friction and wear properties of PEEK/PTFE composites under different working conditions were investigated, and the friction and wear mechanism of PEEK/PTFE composites was revealed. The results showed that the hardness and compressive strength of the PEEK composites were reduced with the addition of PTFE, and the creep properties was improved. PTFE as a solid lubricant can effectively improved the friction and wear properties of PEEK composite. When the mass fraction of PTFE was 15%, the friction coefficient and wear rate of PEEK/PTFE composite were the lowest. The friction and wear properties of PEEK/PTFE composites were obviously dependent on the working conditions (speed, load, lubrication conditions). With the increase of rotational speed, the friction coefficient and wear rate of PEEK/PTFE composite material increased first and then decreased, and the friction coefficient and wear amount were the lowest at 600r/min. With the increase of load, the friction coefficient of the PEEK/PTFE composite decreased first and then increased, and the wear rate increased first and then decreased. When the load was 30N, the friction coefficient was higher than that of 20N, but the wear rate was the lowest. Grease significantly reduced the friction coefficient and wear rate of PEEK/PTFE composite materials, and the greater the load, the lower the friction coefficient and wear rate.
