    摘要:

    为揭示多叶型波箔气体动压轴承顶箔结构参数之间的变化关系,本文基于顶箔与转子接触且顶箔之间相互搭接的几何约束,建立了轴承顶箔结构的数学模型,结合圆的参数方程求解了顶箔的关键结构参数,分析了轴承在启停阶段顶箔半径、厚度和数量对展角和安装角的影响。结果表明:顶箔展角随着顶箔半径的增大呈现先递增后递减的变化规律,随着顶箔厚度的增加,顶箔展角的最大值逐渐减小且展角的变化范围缩小了12.4 %。顶箔展角随着顶箔厚度的增大而减小,且顶箔半径越大,顶箔展角对顶箔厚度的变化越敏感;安装角随着顶箔半径的增大呈抛物线式增加,随着顶箔厚度的增大呈线性减少;顶箔数量的增加会使得顶箔展角减小,但不会对安装角产生影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the relationship between the structural parameters of the top foil of the multi-leaf bump foil gas dynamic bearing, based on the geometric constraints of the contact between the top foil and the rotor and the overlap between the top foils, the mathematical model of the top foil structure of the bearing is established, and the key structural parameters of the top foil are solved by the parameter equation of the circle. The influence of the radius, thickness and number of top foil on the spread angle and installation angle of the bearing in the start-stop stage is analyzed. The results show that the expansion angle of the top foil increases first and then decreases with the increase of the radius of the top foil. With the increase of the thickness of the top foil, the maximum expansion angle of the top foil decreases gradually and the variation range of the expansion angle decreases by 12.4 %. The top foil spreading angle decreases with the increase of the top foil thickness, and the larger the top foil radius is, the more sensitive the top foil spreading angle is to the change of the top foil thickness. The installation angle increases parabolically with the increase of the top foil radius, and decreases linearly with the increase of the top foil thickness. The increase in the number of top foils will reduce the angle of the top foil, but will not affect the installation angle.
