    摘要:

    为深入研究航空起落架作动器往复密封的实际问题,对航空用的直线往复作动筒上的VL密封件和T形密封圈的串联密封进行试验。通过功能性能试验来验证VL密封件和T形密封圈串联密封的工作密封性,然后通过改变温度开展-55℃低温工作试验和135℃高温工作试验的高低温环境试验,最后通过寿命试验,初步评价往复密封件的可靠性。结果表明:该起落架密封件性能较为优秀,可以耐高低温,在高低温下也能保持良好的密封性,高低温后的寿命试验也表现优越;内径尺寸变化、磨损量与泄漏量和泄漏速率存在一定的正相关关系;左右两端的VL密封件和T形密封圈不管在内径尺寸变化和磨损量变化上都相接近,可以认为共同起着密封作用,密封效果也表现良好。

    Abstract:

    In order to further study the practical problems of the reciprocating seal of aviation landing gear actuator, the series sealing of VL seal and T-ring seal on the linear reciprocating actuator used in aviation was tested. The working tightness of VL seal and T-ring seal in series is verified by functional performance test, and then the high and low temperature environment test is carried out by changing the temperature of -55 ° C low temperature working test and 135 ° C high temperature working test. Finally, the reliability of reciprocating seal is preliminarily evaluated by life test. The results show that the landing gear seal has excellent performance, can withstand high and low temperature, can maintain good sealing property at high and low temperature, and has excellent performance in life test after high and low temperature. The change of inner diameter, wear amount and leakage amount and leakage rate have a certain positive correlation. The left and right VL seals and T-shaped seals at both ends want to be close to each other regardless of the change in inner diameter size or the change in wear amount, which can be considered to play a sealing role together, and the sealing effect is also good.
