Abstract:Aerostatic guideway internal fluid of different eccentricities and air supply pressure were studied,and pressure,velocity field distribution diagrams were got.The influence of eccentricity and air supply pressure on the load capacity,stiffness were further analyzed.The analysis results show that,along with the increasing of eccentricity,the pressure of upper surface is increased and the pressure of lower surface is decreased,and gas speed differences between upper and lower gas film area are increased.The load capacity is increased and the stiffness is decreased with the increase of eccentricity.The load capacity and stiffness are increased along with increasing of air supply pressure under the same eccentricity.Aerostatic experiment was carried out and good agreement was achieved between the experiment and the numerical simulation results,which proves the feasibility and validity of the simulation method.
