齿形几何参数对直通篦齿封严泄漏特性的影响

    摘要:

    建立不同封严间隙、齿高、齿距、齿宽、齿数等几何参数的直通篦齿模型,通过数值方法分析不同气动参数(进出口落压比)条件下几何参数变化对其泄漏特性的影响。结果表明,流量系数随落压比的增大而增大,随着封严间隙、齿宽的增大而增大,随着齿高、齿距、齿数的增大而减小。5个几何参数中,封严间隙对流量系数的影响最大,其次为齿数、齿距、齿高、齿宽。利用最小二乘法拟合得到流量系数与几何参数及气动参数的准则关系式,拟合公式计算结果与数值模拟结果吻合较好,可用于篦齿的工程设计计算。

    Abstract:

    The models of the straight through labyrinth seals with different geometry parameters were designed,The geometry parameters studied include seal clearance,fin number,fin pitch,fin height and fin tip thickness.The effect of geometry parameters on the sealing characteristics of the straight-through labyrinth seals were investigated numerically at different drop pressure ratios(the ratio of inlet and outlet pressure).The results show that the discharge coefficient is increased with the increasing of the drop pressure ratio,the seal clearance and the fin tip thickness,and decreased with the increasing of the fin height,the fin pitch and the fin number.The effect of seal clearance on the sealing characteristics is the maximum,the following is fin number,fin pitch,fin height and fin tip thickness.The correlation formula of discharge coefficient about these parameters was fitted by the method of least squares.The calculation results of the fitted formula are in good agreement with those obtained from numerical simulation,it can be used for the engineering design and calculation the labyrinth seals.
