磁流体润滑非接触式机械密封系统的设计分析

    摘要:

    根据磁流体黏度随磁场强度变化的特点,以磁流体为润滑介质,提出一种非接触式磁流体密封结构。设计适用于非接触式机械密封的电磁场发生器,并采用ANSYS软件对密封环及润滑膜整体结构的磁场强度进行分析,得到磁感线分布和磁场强度分布,建立电流与磁流体膜内磁场强度的关系。结果表明:设计的磁场发生器在密封环端面处产生的磁场强度达到最高水平,且磁感线垂直于密封端面均匀分布,有利于通过控制电流来控制磁流体膜的黏度。

    Abstract:

    A new magnetic fluid lubricated noncontact mechanical seal was proposed according to the characteristics of magnetic fluid viscosity changing with magnetic field strength.The electromagnetic field generator was designed for the noncontact mechanical seal,and the magnetic field strength in the overall model composed of seal rings and magnetic fluid film was analyzed by using ANSYS.The distributions of the magnetic field lines and the magnetic field strength were obtained,and the relationship between the current intensity in the generator and the magnetic field strength was established.The simulation result indicates that there exists the highest magnetic field strength in the magnetic fluid film of the end face of seal ring.The magnetic field lines are uniformly distributed through the whole clearance and are perpendicular to the end face of seal ring.Thereby the control of viscosity of magnetic fluid film can be realized by adjusting the current intensity of the generator.
