Abstract:In order to improve the rotary accuracy of spindle system,the structure of the spindle system was designed with the aerostatic bearing as main components,the active magnetic bearings(AMB) as auxiliary components,by taking the spindle system of numerical control (NC) machine tool of aerostatic bearing as the research object.The model of the separation of spindle rotation error was set up and analyzed,the rotary errors control and compensation methods were designed by using the controllability of AMB,and the compensation result on rotary errors was simulated by MATLAB.The results show that by using the controllability of AMB and the higher rotary accuracy of the aerostatic bearings,through using the magnetic bearing as a mechanism of error composition,the rotation accuracy of spindle system is improved.
