    摘要:

    润滑油黏度的在线监测是实现设备状态监测与故障诊断的重要途径,但在实际工程应用中,润滑油的实时黏度需要根据润滑油的黏温特性换算成国家标准100 ℃时的黏度。为研究推土机变速箱润滑油15W40 CF4的黏温特性,对SD22型推土机变速箱润滑油进行跟踪取样,测定新油、寿命中期油和废油在40~100 ℃时的运动黏度。采用Andrade方程、Walther方程和Vogel方程对试验所得的数据进行回归拟合,分析和比较3种黏温方程的拟合精度。结果表明,用Vogel方程来描述这类润滑油的黏温特性更加准确,为在线监测的实时黏度换算提供依据。

    Abstract:

    The online monitoring to lubricating oil viscosity is an important way to achieve the mechanical condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,but in practical engineering applications,the realtime oil viscosity needs to be converted into the standard viscosity at 100 ℃ according to the oil viscositytemperature characteristics.To study the viscositytemperature characteristics of bulldozer gearbox lubricating oil of 15W40 CF4,the gearbox lubricating oil of SD22 bulldozer was sampled,and the kinematic viscosity of the new oil,oil in midlife and used oil was measures at the temperature range from 40 ℃ to 100 ℃.Based on Andrade equation,Walther equation and Vogel equation,regression analysis was performed to fit the experimental discrete viscositytemperature data of the oils.The fitting precision of these three kinds of viscositytemperature relations was compared.The results show that the higher accuracy is achieved when using Vogel equation.This method can provides the basis for viscosity conversion of realtime online monitoring of lubricating oil.
