Abstract:The finite element model of one friction pair multidisc wet clutch was built by using ABAQUS software,and the temperature field variation process of the steel interface was simulated by using the thermomechanical direct coupling finite element method.The distribution relationship between hot spot and contact pressure was analyzed,and the influence of oil pressure and relative angular velocity on temperature field variation process was discussed.It is showed that the temperature field is nonuniformly distributed and asymmetrical,and its distribution state is consistent with the contact pressure field.The high temperature point appears when the relative angular velocity reaches its extreme value,and the maximum temperature of steel contact face appears when the oil pressure reaches its extreme value.The hot spots mostly distribute near the external diameter,and are increased with the maximum oil pressure raised.As the maximum relative angular velocity increased,the final stress field tends to distribute uniformity,while the final temperature field tends to nonuniformly.The rate of temperature rising is increased with the maximum relative angular velocity raised,and decreased with the maximum load oil pressure increased.
