Abstract:The overall design scheme of the large journal bearing testbed was presented,and the designed testbed included five systems,mechanical structure,drive system,lubrication system,control system and acquisition system.Finite element simulation was used to analyze the rationality of the design of the testbed.The technologies of digital modeling,simulation software,electrical control,sensors and signal processing were used to ensure the stability and reliability of the developed testbed.Through analyzing the corresponding test data,including rotational speed,temperature,pressure,displacement and vibration acceleration,the effectiveness of the testbed was verified,indicating that the developed testbed can meet the normal and stable operation requirements of large dynamic pressure sliding bearing.
