In view of the problems of poor viscoustemperature characteristics,oxidation stability,wear resistance and noise resistance of domestic spring oil,based on the experimental study of base oils and additives,a kind of floor spring oil with good low temperature fluidity,oxidation resistance and low noise was developed.The field loading test shows that the performance of the spring oil is higher than the requirement of national standard in the harsh environment such as high temperature and low temperature.After the test of durability test machine,the oil products have no obvious smell,viscosity increasing,blackening and so on,which can meet the requirements of use completely.
