Abstract:In order to improve the throughput of microfluidic chip,based on the original inductivecapacitive detection chip,an annular microchannel close to the inner hole of the coil was designed,which increases the crosssectional area of the microchannel by 8 times so that the throughput is increased.Considering that the particles are easy to deposit and block the detection microchannel under the influence of gravity in the annular microchannel,the vertical microchannel was adopted to avoid this phenomenon.Through comparison experiments with the original detection chip,it is proved that the detection chip designed can improve the throughput without reducing the detection accuracy.The sensors inductance detection mode and capacitance detection mode can be switched according to the different pollutants in the hydraulic oil,so as to detect and distinguish four pollutants,including ferromagnetic metal particles,non ferromagnetic metal particles,water drops and air bubbles in the hydraulic oil.
