Abstract:The amount of gas leaked from the compression chamber to the suction chamber through the radial leakage channel is closely related to that of lubricating oil piled up in the radial leakage channel in the process of compressor operation. In order to accurately describe the amount of lubricating oil piled up in the radial clearance,a set of test equipment was designed, which is based on the actual rolling piston compressor, and the highspeed photography technology was adopted to observe the lubricating oil piled up in the radial clearance and collect the images. After introducing the collected images into MatLab for image processing, the amount of lubricating oil piled up in the radial leakage was obtained.Taking the seal angle of lubricating oil as the index to judge the quantity of lubricating oil,the relationship between seal angle of lubricating oil and the speed of eccentric shaft, the supply and viscosity of the lubricating oil was analyzed. The experimental result indicate that, with the connection line from cylinder center point to theoretical contact point between piston and cylinder as the demarcation line, the lubricating oil is not evenly distributed on both sides of the suction chamber and the compression chamber with the demarcation line as the symmetrical center, but is generally inclined to the side of the compression chamber, and the distribution law is independent of the lubricating oil viscosity, the eccentric shaft speed and the oil supply. The oil seal angle of lubricating oil is increased with the increase of the eccentric shaft speed and the oil supply, and decreased with the increase of oil viscosity.
