    以Sn-Ag-Cu/金属陶瓷高温内梯度润滑层材料制备的高温自润滑圆柱滚子及推力滚子轴承为研究对象,通过实验考察该自润滑滚子轴承的高温滚阻系数,分析不同载荷条件对轴承高温滚阻特性的影响机制。研究结果表明:600 ℃下,自润滑滚子中的润滑剂组分到达接触摩擦表面,在滚子及滚道表面形成了高温润滑膜,从而保证了较低的滚阻系数;高温滚阻系数受载荷大小的影响,当轴承实验载荷在100~200 N区间内时,摩擦因数在0.02以下,而当载荷上升到300 N时其摩擦因数上升到0.05;随着载荷的增大,轴承接触表面的润滑膜完整性下降,滚子与滚道接触表面黏着现象加剧,并极大地影响轴承的滚阻特性,且黏着是导致润滑膜破坏和轴承滚阻上升的主要原因。

    Abstract:

    Taking high temperature selflubricating cylindrical roller made of Sn-Ag-Cu/metal ceramic high temperature internal gradient lubricating layer and thrust roller bearing as the research object,the high temperature rolling resistance coefficient of the self-lubricating roller bearing was investigated through experiments.The influence mechanism of different load on high temperature rolling resistance characteristics of bearing was analyzed.The results show that the lubricant components of self-lubricating roller reaches to friction contact surface under 600 ℃,and the high temperature lubricating film is formed on the roller and raceway surface,which ensure the low rolling resistance coefficient.High temperature roll resistance coefficient is affected by the load,and the friction coefficient is below 0.02 when the test load is within the range from 100 N to 200 N.When the load increases to 300 N,the friction coefficient rises to 0.05.The integrity of the lubrication film on the contact surface of the bearing is decreased with the increase of load.The surface adhesion between the roller and the raceway is intensified,which greatly affects the rolling resistance characteristics of the bearing,and the adhesion is the main reason for the failure of lubrication film and the rise of rolling resistance of the bearing.
