    摘要:

    针对石油化工等行业对高温介质机械密封产品的质量评价要求,研制高温介质机械密封性能测试装置及系统。该装置主轴采用悬臂设计,密封腔独立支撑,结构简单,便于安装密封;系统内高温介质采用强制循环,最高运行温度为400 ℃,并进行精确控制使温度趋于稳定。通过理论计算分析和运行试验可知,装置及系统设计安全可靠,运行稳定,完全能满足机械密封行业相关标准和评价规范关于高温试验的要求,为高温介质机械密封产品研发提供测试手段支撑。

    Abstract:

    According to the quality evaluation requirements of high temperature medium mechanical seal in petrochemical industry,the performance test device and system of high temperature medium mechanical seal were developed.The test device was designed with main shaft cantilever and seal chamber independent double support,which has simple structure and is convenient for seal installation.The high temperature medium in the system adopted forced circulation,the maximum operating temperature is 400 ℃,and the temperature is stabilized by precise control.Through theoretical analysis and operation test,it is shown that the device and system designed are safe and reliable,and stable in the operation process,which can fully meet the high temperature test requirements of relevant standards and evaluation specifications of mechanical seal,and provide test equipment support for high temperature medium mechanical seal product development.
