    摘要:

    为提高酸性条件下38CrMoAlA钢的耐摩擦腐蚀性能,采用多弧离子镀技术在38CrMoAlA钢和渗氮38CrMoAlA钢基体上沉积CrN、Cr/CrN涂层,通过 XRD、SEM等方法对涂层的微观结构进行表征,通过硬度和结合力测试、开路电位和极化性能测试、摩擦磨损试验,研究涂层的力学、电化学以及摩擦学性能。结果表明:CrN和Cr/CrN涂层开路电位较高,腐蚀电流密度小,涂层表面处于轻微钝化态,可提高酸性条件下38CrMoAlA钢的耐腐蚀性能;CrN和Cr/CrN涂层的摩擦因数和磨损率均小于38CrMoAlA钢基体,表明2种涂层均可提高38CrMoAlA钢基体的摩擦学性能;以渗氮38CrMoAlA钢为基体的Cr/CrN 涂层的硬度虽略小于以38CrMoAlA钢为基体的CrN涂层,但其具有更高的膜基结合力和更优的耐摩擦腐蚀性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the friction and corrosion resistance of the 38CrMoAlA steel under acidic conditions,the CrN and Cr/CrN coatings were deposited on the 38CrMoAlA steel and nitriding 38CrMoAlA steel substrates by the multiarc ion plating technology.The microstructure of the coating material was characterized by XRD,SEM and other methods,and the mechanical properties,electrochemical properties and tribological properties of the coatings were studied by hardness and binding force test,open circuit potential test and polarization performance test,and friction and wear test.It is found that CrN and Cr/CrN coatings have higher open circuit potential,smaller corrosion current density,and the coating surface is slightly passivated,so CrN and Cr/CrN coatings can improve the corrosion resistance of 38CrMoAlA steel in acid condition.The friction coefficient and wear rate of CrN and Cr/CrN coatings are lower than those of 38CrMoAlA steel and nitriding 38CrMoAlA steel,indicating that both coatings can improve the tribological properties of 38CrMoAlA steel.Although the hardness of the Cr/CrN coating on nitriding 38CrMoAlA steel is slightly lower than that of the CrN coating on 38CrMoAlA steel,it has higher bonding force between coating and substrate and better friction and corrosion resistance.
