    摘要:

    为提高摩擦材料高温下的摩擦磨损性能和摩擦因数的稳定性,利用正交试验法对多种纤维增强酚醛树脂基摩擦材料的配方进行优化设计,并通过极差分析,探讨多种纤维及含量对摩擦材料性能的影响及摩擦材料的磨损机制。研究表明:混杂纤维增强树脂基摩擦材料有着优异的耐磨性。陶瓷纤维硬度较高,开散混料后能够均匀分布在树脂基体内,对酚醛树脂基摩擦材料硬度、内剪切强度以及摩擦因数影响最大;碳纤维具有耐高温、耐磨和自润滑的特性,其含量变化对酚醛树脂基摩擦材料磨损率影响最大;在高温下,碳纤维对磨损率影响更加显著,其在摩擦过程中逐渐磨损且分布至整个摩擦面,可显著地降低材料磨损率。纤维含量的不同致使磨损机制发生改变,主要磨损有磨粒磨损、热磨损、疲劳磨损和黏着磨损。

    Abstract:

    To improve the high temperature friction and wear properties and the stability of friction coefficient of friction materials at high temperature,the formulation of various fiber reinforced phenolic resin based friction materials was optimized by orthogonal test.Through range analysis,the influence of various fibers and content on the performance of friction materials and the wear mechanism of friction materials were discussed.It is shown that hybrid fiber reinforced resin-based friction materials have excellent wear resistance.The ceramic fiber has high hardness and can be evenly distributed in the resin matrix after being dispersed and mixed,which has the greatest impact on the hardness,internal shear strength and friction coefficient of the phenolic resin friction material.The carbon fiber has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,wear resistance and self-lubrication,and its content change has the greatest impact on the wear rate of phenolic resin friction materials.At high temperatures,the carbon fiber has a more significant impact on the wear rate.It is gradually worn during the friction process and distributed to the whole friction surface,which can significantly reduce the material wear rate.The difference in fiber content causes the change of wear mechanism,and the main wear forms of the friction material are abrasive wear,thermal wear,fatigue wear and adhesive wear.
