    摘要:

    为改进计算精度和提高计算效率,采用CFD软件Fluent对径向动压气体轴承承载能力进行分析。使用软件Solidworks建立径向动压气体轴承三维物理建模;从可压缩流体润滑方程及连续性方程出发,得到等温条件下动压润滑雷诺方程的基本形式,运用有限差分法计算径向动压轴承的压力分布及承载力等特性;采用Fluent进行有限元仿真模拟,直接求解气体润滑基本方程Navier-Stokes方程,分析偏心率和长径比等轴承参数对气体轴承承载能力的影响。结果表明:轴承整体气膜的压力分布沿轴承轴向中线几何对称,由于轴承的偏心作用,在轴承最下端为气膜最薄的区域;气体流入方向存在正压最大区域,气体流出方向存在负压最大区域,由于气体的压差使得轴承具有了一定的承载能力;随着偏心率和长径比的增大,轴承的承载能力随着转速的变化呈非线性上升趋势。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve calculation accuracy and efficiency,CFD software Fluent was used to analyze the bearing capacity of radial dynamic pressure gas bearing.The three-dimensional physical model of dynamic pressure gas bearing was established by Solidworks software.Starting from the compressible fluid lubrication equation and the continuity equation,the basic form of the dynamic pressure lubrication Reynolds equation under isothermal conditions was obtained,and the radial dynamic pressure bearing was calculated by the finite difference method.Fluent was used for finite element simulation to directly solve the basic equation of gas lubrication,Navier-Stokes equation,and the influence of bearing parameters such as eccentricity and aspect ratio on the bearing capacity of gas bearings was analyzed.The results show that the pressure distribution of the whole gas film of the bearing is geometrically symmetrical along the axial center line of the bearing.Due to the eccentric action of the bearing,the gas film thickness is the smallest in the area of the lowest end of the bearing.There is a maximum positive pressure area in the gas inflow direction and a maximum negative pressure area in the gas outflow direction.The pressure difference of gas makes the bearing have a certain bearing capacity.With the increase of eccentricity and aspect ratio,the bearing capacity of the bearing shows a nonlinear upward trend with the change of speed.
