    摘要:

    为探讨一种无泄漏柱塞缸密封件层叠结构设计的合理性,利用ABAQUS软件,采用Mooney-Rivlin模型对其在加载过程中的变形过程进行仿真模拟,分析密封件在轻载大行程下的变形规律和应力分布。设计实验,研究密封件在实际加载过程中的变形,并将实验结果与仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:在整个变形过程中,密封件层叠结构由于内外层叠的压缩,起到了吸收大行程变形,防止密封件产生不规律变形的目的;密封件在变形的过程中,密封件底部转角处将会产生较大的应力集中,而密封件层叠结构的最大应力值远小于普通的直筒型结构,因此可以有效降低应力集中对密封件造成的破坏。所建立模型在研究密封件变形时结果可靠、准确,为后续密封件结构深入研究和设计优化提供理论指导。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the rationality of the laminated structure design of a leak free plunger cylinder seal,the deformation process of the seal during loading was simulated by using ABAQUS software and Mooney-Rivlin model.The deformation law and stress distribution of the seal under light load and large stroke were analyzed.The experiment was designed to study the deformation of the seal in the actual loading process,and the experimental results were compared with the simulation results.The results show that in the whole deformation process,due to the compression of internal and external laminations,the seal laminated structure absorbs large stroke deformation and prevents irregular deformation of the seal.During the deformation of the seal,a large stress concentration will occur at the corner of the seal bottom,and the maximum stress value of the laminated seal structure is far less than that of the ordinary straight cylinder structure,so the laminated structure can effectively reduce the damage of the seal caused by the stress concentration.The results of the model are reliable and accurate in the study of seal deformation,which provides theoretical guidance for the further study and design optimization of seal structure.
