超高压环形平面金属密封的密封性能研究

    摘要:

    环形平面金属密封是采气树闸板阀的重要密封部位,其密封性能直接影响采气效率。为研制超高压环境下使用的环形平面金属密封,优选出不锈钢718作为密封材料,并通过试验得出满足金属密封密封条件所需最小接触应力与压力之间的关系。将最小接触应力代入建立的金属密封内阀座-闸板有限元模型,分析座端面直径、金属密封密封面宽度对密封性能的影响,以及不同温度条件下的接触应力分布。仿真结果表明:内阀座端面直径越大,金属密封的可靠性越高;密封面宽度对密封性能无明显影响。对研制的环形平面金属密封的超高压试验,结果显示,在140 MPa压力下其仍能保持良好的密封性能,验证该金属密封在超高压情况下使用的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The annular plane metal seal is an important sealing part of the gate valve of the gas tree,and its sealing performance directly affects the gas recovery efficiency.In order to develop the annular planar metal seal used in ultra-high pressure environment,stainless steel 718 was selected as the sealing material,and the relationship between the minimum contact stress and pressure was obtained through the test.The minimum contact stress was substituted into the valve-gate finite element model of metal seal,and the influence of seat face diameter and metal seal face width on sealing performance was analyzed,as well as the contact stress distribution at different temperatures.The simulation results show that the larger the inner valve face diameter is,the higher the reliability of metal seal is.Sealing surface width has no obvious effect on sealing performance.The ultra-high pressure test results show that the annular planar metal seal can still maintain good sealing performance under 140 MPa pressure,which verifies the reliability of the metal seal under ultra-high pressure.
