    摘要:

    采油螺杆泵工作时,定子在高温介质作用下发生温胀和溶胀,使定子脆化、膨胀等,降低螺杆泵密封性能。通过试验测得橡胶材料体积热膨胀系数及水浸和油浸时的溶胀参数,推导橡胶定子自由膨胀变形量表达式;对定子温胀变形进行有限元计算,使用温度当量法分析定子溶胀特性,耦合温胀与溶胀载荷进行有限元计算,得到型线的温胀与溶胀耦合作用变形规律。结果表明:定子发生温胀与溶胀变形时,定子型腔内表面变形量与壁厚成比例,最大变形出现在定转子接触位置;溶胀产生的变形量远高于温胀变形量。对螺杆泵密封特性进行有限元分析,得到定转子间密封带接触应力随温度与过盈量变化规律。结果表明:接触应力随温度和过盈量的增大而增大,油浸时最大接触应力高于水浸。

    Abstract:

    When the progressive cavity pump works,the stator expands and swells under the action of high-temperature medium,which makes the stator brittle and expand,and reduces the sealing performance of the progressive cavity pump.The volumetric thermal expansion coefficient and swelling parameters of rubber materials in oil immersion and water immersion were measured through experiments,and the expression of free expansion deformation of rubber stator was deduced.The finite element calculation of stator thermal expansion deformation was carried out,and the temperature equivalent method was used to analyze the stator swelling characteristics.The deformation law of the profile by coupling thermal expansion and swelling was obtained by finite element calculation of coupled thermal expansion and swelling load.The results show that when the thermal expansion and swelling deformation of the stator occurs,the surface deformation in the stator cavity is proportional to the wall thickness,and the maximum deformation occurs at the contact position of the stator and rotor.The deformation caused by swelling is much higher than that caused by thermal expansion.The sealing characteristics of progressive cavity pump were analyzed by finite element method,and the variation law of contact stress of sealing belt between stator and rotor with temperature and interference was obtained.The results show that the contact stress increases with the increase of temperature and interference,and the maximum contact stress in oil immersion is higher than that in water immersion.
