    摘要:

    针对小型水下机器人推进器效率低、抗压能力弱的问题,设计一种小型自补偿式水下推进器。该推进器采用油囊的密封方式,利用内外压差进行油液的自我补偿,避免了因油液轻微泄漏导致整个推进器失效的情况发生,保证推进器使用的可靠性。对自补偿模块的密封性能进行有限元分析以及对推进器的水动力性能进行计算仿真,并进行压力与推力实验测试。测试结果与仿真结果均表明,设计的自补偿式水下推进器具有良好的密封性能和水动力特性,验证了设计的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    A small modular underwater propeller was designed in order to solve the problem of low efficiency and weak pressure resistance of small underwater vehicle propeller.The designed propeller adopts the sealing mode of oil bag and uses internal and external pressure difference to realize the self compensation,so as to avoid the failure of the whole propeller caused by slight oil leakage and ensure the reliability of the propeller.The sealing performance of self compensation module was analyzed by finite element method,the hydrodynamic performance of the propeller was calculated and simulated,and the pressure and thrust test was carried out.The test and simulation results show that the self compensating underwater propeller has good sealing performance and hydrodynamic characteristics,which verifies the reliability of the design.
