    针对航空发动机石墨密封常用的摩擦副浸渍磷酸盐石墨(M234Ao)和9Cr18Mo不锈钢材料,在UMT-TriboLab试验机上进行球-盘、销-盘接触摩擦试验,研究其低速轻载、高速重载工况以及干摩擦、油润滑下的摩擦磨损性能,利用接触式形貌仪、金相显微镜等对摩擦副表面进行观察分析,并分析其磨损机制。结果表明:在油润滑及面-面接触下的摩擦因数和磨损率明显低于干摩擦和点-面接触下;添加油介质可以降低界面摩擦剧烈程度,抑制金属氧化以及降低摩擦因数,特别是在高速重载工况下;M234Ao和9Cr18Mo配副间的磨损机制以磨粒磨损和黏着磨损为主,伴随有犁沟、微裂纹及擦伤现象。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the friction pairs of impregnated phosphate graphite (M234Ao) and 9Cr18Mo stainless steel commonly used in aeroengine graphite seal,the ball-on-disk and pin-on-disk contact friction tests were conducted on the UMT-TriboLab testing machine.The friction and wear properties of the friction pair of M234Ao and 9Cr18Mo under the conditions of low-speed and light load,high-speed and heavy load,dry friction and oil lubrication were studied.The surface of the friction pair was observed and analyzed by contact profiler and metallurgical microscope,and the wear mechanism was analyzed.The results indicate that the friction coefficient and wear rate under oil lubrication and surface to surface contact are significantly lower than those under dry friction and point to surface contact.Adding oil medium can reduce the intensity of interfacial friction,inhibit metal oxidation and reduce the friction coefficient,especially under the condition of high speed and heavy load.The wear mechanism of the the friction pair of M234Ao and 9Cr18Mo is mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear,accompanied by furrow,micro crack and scratch.
