    摘要:

    为了研究在航空航天轴承工作条件下润滑剂的拖动特性,研制用于测试润滑剂拖动特性的试验机。介绍试验机的主体结构及其动力系统、加载系统、润滑系统、测量系统等的主要组成与功能,并对试验机的关键零部件进行分析验算,以保障试验机的可靠运行。在研制的试验机上进行验证性试验,与国外同类试验机试验结果进行对比。结果证明该试验机运行稳定,满足规定的功能要求,测得的试验数据较为准确、可靠,可以为航空航天系列轴承产品动力学分析和结构设计提供可靠的数据支持。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the traction characteristics of lubricants under the working conditions of aerospace bearings,a testing machine was developed to test the traction characteristics.The main structure of the testing machine was introduced,as well as its main components and functions of the power system,loading system,lubrication system,and measurement system.The key components of the testing machine were analyzed and checked to ensure the reliable operation of the testing machine.A confirmatory test was carried out on this test machine,and the test results were compared with those of similar foreign test machine.The results show that the testing machine runs stably,meets the specified functional requirements,and the measured data are accurate and reliable,which can provide reliable data support for the dynamic analysis and structural design of aerospace series bearing products.
