    摘要:

    针对高速脂润滑滚动轴承密封过早失效的问题,建立油封的热-应力耦合有限元模型,研究油封主要参数和轴承工况参数对油封唇口的最高温度和最大接触应力的影响规律,对油封结构参数进行优化,利用强化温升漏脂试验台进行试验验证。结果表明:高速脂润滑滚动轴承油封密封性能的研究应该考虑温度的影响;唇口的最高温度随轴向过盈量、橡胶材料硬度、密封面摩擦因数、轴承转速和轴承腔内温度的增大而增大;最大接触应力随轴向过盈量和橡胶材料硬度的增大而增大,随密封面摩擦因数、轴承转速和轴承腔内温度的增大变化不大;密封结构优化后,平均漏脂率下降了56.7%,平均温升下降了54.3%。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the early failure of oil seal in high-speed grease-lubricated rolling bearing,the thermal-stress coupled finite element model of oil seal was established,and the influence of main parameters of oil seal and working condition parameters of bearing on the maximum temperature and contact stress of oil seal lip were studied.The structural parameters of the oil seal were optimized and verified by the enhanced temperature-rise grease-leakage test bench.The results show that the influence of temperature should be considered in the study of oil sealing performance of high-speed grease-lubricated rolling bearing.The maximum temperature of seal lip increases with the increase of axial interference,hardness of rubber material,friction coefficient of sealing surface,bearing speed and temperature in bearing cavity.The maximum contact stress increases with the increase of the axial interference and the hardness of the rubber material,but changes little with the increase of the friction coefficient of the sealing surface,the bearing speed and the temperature in the bearing cavity.After the sealing structure optimization,the average grease leakage rate is reduced by 56.7% and the average temperature rise is reduced by 54.3%.
