    摘要:

    金属波纹管广泛应用于机械密封系统,而刚度是金属波纹管设计的主要性能参数。介绍了利用ANSYS软件的Matrix27刚度单元模拟金属波纹管的方法,通过建立的简化有限元模型分析了金属波纹管的轴向刚度和扭转刚度。相较于波纹管实体模型,简化模型的规模和计算量大幅度减少,计算效率得到提高。将简化有限元模型计算所得刚度结果与有限元实体模型计算结果及EJMA工程实际经验公式计算值进行了比较,并利用已有的实验结果进行了验证。其结果吻合良好。该简化模型在研究含有波纹管的整体系统时尤其方便,如对基于整体系统响应的各类波纹管的结构参数优化等具有通用意义,并能有效提高有限元建模及分析效率。

    Abstract:

    Metal bellows are widely used in mechanical sealing system.The bellows stiffness is the main performance parameter of the metal bellows design.A method for modelling metal bellows by using the Matrix27 stiffness element of ANSYS software instead of shell elements was presented.Compared with the shell elements model,the model size was largely reduced and the calculating efficiency was greatly enhanced.Based on the established simplified finite element model,the axial and torsional stiffness of the metal bellows were analyzed for different samples.The stiffness results were compared with those from the shell elements model and the engineering practical experience formula from EJMA standard.The experimental results from other investigators have also been used for verification.The agreement was excellent.This simplified model is especially advantageous when the bellows is only a part of the whole system.For example,it is valuable to the structural optimization of different types of bellows with respect to overall design parameters of the system,and can effectively improve the efficiency of finite element modeling and analysis.
