    摘要:

    针对麻雀搜索算法(SSA)在迭代后期种群多样性减少,导致算法易陷入局部极值解的问题,引入 t 分布变异策略对SSA进行改进,并采用改进的SSA对变分模态分解(VMD)进行参数优化,以得到VMD算法的最优参数组合。将改进的SSA-VMD算法与精细复合多尺度模糊熵(RCMFE)结合,开展往复压缩机轴承间隙故障特征提取研究。结果表明,相比原SSA-VMD算法,改进的SSA-VMD算法在进行RCMFE特征分析时具有更好的可分性,故障识别准确率更高。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem that the decrease in population diversity of the Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA) in the later iterations is easy to lead the local extreme value solution of the algorithm,the t distribution mutation strategy was introduced to improve the SSA,and the improved SSA was used to optimize the parameters of Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD),so as to obtain the optimal parameter combination of the VMD algorithm.Combining the improved SSA-VMD algorithm with refined composite multi-scale fuzzy entropy (RCMFE),the feature extraction of reciprocating compressor bearing clearance faults was carried out.The experimental results show that compared with the original SSA-VMD algorithm,the improved SSA-VMD algorithm has better separability in RCMFE feature analysis and higher fault recognition accuracy.
