Abstract:The sealing compatibility of industrial gear oil and gear box is very important for the normal operation of mechanical equipment.In recent years,with the continuous development of gear box technology,industrial gear oil sealing compatibility requirements are increasingly strict,and conventional static compatibility test can not meet the requirements for high-end gear box,so long-term static test and long-term dynamic seal test which are most consistent with the actual working conditions of gearbox need to be used to evaluate the sealing compatibility of industrial gear oil.The oxidation test,conventional static and long period static and dynamic compatibility tests of L-CKD industrial gear oils with three different antioxidant systems were carried out.The results show that conventional static test can not effectively distinguish the sealing compatibility of mineral industrial gear oil,and the long period static and dynamic seal test can better show the difference of industrial gear oil seal compatibility.The antioxidant performance of mineral industrial gear oil with different antioxidant systems in 650 h extended oxidation test is basically consistent with that in long-term static and dynamic compatibility test,which shows that 650 h extended oxidation test has a strong reference value for the long-term sealing compatibility of industrial gear oil.The study of long period sealing compatibility and prolonged oxidation can lay a foundation for the development of high sealing compatibility industrial gear oil.
