    摘要:

    铅铋轴承是新一代核电站二回路主循环系统重要组成部分,用于支撑整个转轴系统。针对轴承存在的动力学特性和润滑机制尚不清晰等问题,建立铅铋轴承流体动力学模型,研究间隙、转速、偏心率和有无环形导流槽对铅铋轴承液膜流体动力学特性的影响,揭示压力峰值与转速、偏心率和间隙的变化关系,探明间隙对动压效应形成规律的影响。研究结果显示环形导流槽对承载力和摩擦因数的影响远小于无环形导流槽,最大压力随着转速、偏心率的增大而增大,随着间隙的增大而减小,最小压力与最大压力结果相反。研究结果为新型高温液态金属润滑轴承设计研发及国产化提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Lead-Bismuth bearing is the significant part of the main loop system of the two-circuit of the new generation nuclear power plant,which is applied to prop up the entire shaft system.Considering the dynamic characteristics and lubrication mechanism is not clear,the hydrodynamic model of lead bismuth bearing was established and the influences of clearance,rotatory velocity,eccentricity ratio and annular groove on hydrodynamic characteristics of liquid film of lead bismuth bearing were investigated.The relationship between peak pressure and rotating speed,eccentricity and clearance was revealed,and the influence of clearance on the formation law of dynamic pressure effect was explored.The results show that the influence of the annular guiding groove on the load-bearing capacity and the dimensionless coefficient of friction is much less than that of without annular guiding groove.In addition,the maximum pressure is positive correlation with rotation speed and eccentricity ratio,and is negative correlation with clearance.Besides that,the minimum pressure is opposite to the maximum pressure.The research results provide firm theoretical basis for the design,development and localization of novel high-temperature liquid metal lubricated bearings.
