Abstract:The reliability of key equipment is the foundation for the advance,safety and efficiency of solar power generation technology implementation.The reliability of equipment needs to be comprehensively guaranteed from equipment hardware,working conditions,lubrication of rotating equipment,and selection of thermal conduction facilities and medium.The reliability requirements of solar power generation technology were analyzed.Focusing on key equipment such as solar receiving slew drive, steam turbine generator set and thermal conduction system,the technical particularity requirements of lubricating oil and thermal conduction oil were studied from the aspects of environmental conditions and equipment characteristics.The existing problems of current lubricating products were pointed out.It is suggested to design the function of the special oils and explore and establish targeted evaluation methods in combination with the characteristics of parts,working conditions and environment of solar power generation system.Meanwhile,it is needed to focus on the service life characteristics of the special oils to achieve the same life as key equipment, provide professional lubrication guidance according to the application conditions of equipment to ensure the stable and safe operation of solar power generation system.
