    摘要:

    采用柔性石墨、造粒石墨和鳞片石墨分别制备粉末冶金烧结摩擦材料,研究不同种类片状石墨对摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:不同种类石墨制备的摩擦材料的密度和力学强度差异,将影响材料基体在制动过程中的组织形态,使摩擦界面呈现不同的磨损形式,其中柔性石墨摩擦材料的主要磨损机制为氧化磨损,造粒石墨摩擦材料的主要磨损机制为犁削磨损和磨粒磨损,鳞片石墨摩擦材料的主要磨损机制为犁削磨损和黏着磨损;造粒石墨制备的摩擦材料在不同速度下制动和重复单次制动时的摩擦因数波动值较小,摩擦因数稳定性好,且具有适中的磨耗量,综合摩擦磨损性能最佳。

    Abstract:

    Copper-based friction materials containing flexible graphite,granular graphite and squama graphite were prepared by powder metallurgy sintering technology respectively,and the effect of different types of flaky graphite on tribological properties of friction materials at different braking speeds was investigated.The results show that the differences of density and mechanical strength on the friction materials prepared by different types of graphite influence the microstructure form of the material matrix during the braking process,and cause different wear mechanism of the friction surface.The main wear mechanism of flexible graphite friction materials is oxidation wear,the main wear mechanisms of granular graphite friction materials are plowing wear and abrasive wear,while the main wear mechanisms of squama graphite friction materials are plowing wear and adhesive wear.The friction materials with granular graphite show relatively smaller friction coefficient fluctuation under different braking speed and repeated single braking,possess the best comprehensive tribological properties due to its stabilized friction coefficient and moderate wear loss.
