    胀圈密封作为综合传动装置中重要的动密封形式,准确地评估其功率损失影响因素的敏感度对传动装置设计和性能评估有着重要意义。为研究不同影响因素对胀圈密封功率损失的影响,建立某胀圈密封结构的计算流体动力学模型,采用层流模型对胀圈密封内部流动特征进行研究,分析压力、转速、温度(动力黏度)对胀圈密封功率损失和泄漏量的影响规律,并通过正交方案研究胀圈密封功率损失和泄漏量的影响因素主次关系。结果表明:主密封面在实现密封的同时造成了较大的功率损失,泄漏主要由胀圈切口和端面槽体在压差作用下产生;密封功率损失与转速呈抛物型关系,与压力、动力黏度呈线性增长关系,泄漏量与转速呈线性降低关系,与压力呈线性增长关系,与动力黏度呈反比例关系;三者对功率损失的影响由强到弱依次为动力黏度、转速、压力,对泄漏量的影响由强到弱依次为动力黏度、压力、转速。

    Abstract:

    As an important type of dynamic seal in power-shift steering transmission,accurately evaluating the sensitivity of power loss of expansion ring seal under various parameters is of great significance for transmission design and performance evaluation.In order to study the influence of different factors on the power loss of expansion ring seal,a computational fluid dynamics model of expansion ring seal was established,and the flow characteristics of the expansion ring seal were studied by the laminar model.The influence of pressure,speed and temperature (dynamic viscosity) on the power loss and leakage of expansion ring seal was analyzed,and the orthogonal experimental design was used to analyze the sensitivity of the factors of power loss and leakage.The results show that the most power loss is produced in the main sealing surface.The leakage is mainly caused by the expansion ring incision and the grooves under the differential pressure.There is a parabolic relationship between the power loss and the rotational speed,and a linear increase relationship appears between the power loss and pressure,dynamic viscosity.Meanwhile,a linear decrease relationship between the leakage and the rotational speed,a linear increase relationship between the leakage and pressure,and an inverse relationship between the leakage and dynamic viscosity can be observed.The influence degree of the three factors on power loss is as follows:dynamic viscosity,rotational speed and pressure.The influence degree of leakage is as follows:dynamic viscosity,pressure and rotational speed.
