基于能量耗损的齿轮摩擦学系统故障规则研究

    摘要:

    针对齿轮在发生故障时输入能量耗损会发生变化这一现象,提出一种基于能量耗损的齿轮摩擦学系统故障 诊断方法并建立故障规则。研究齿轮摩擦学系统与能量耗损理论;设计齿轮能量监测试验台,获取齿轮能量耗损信息; 采用神经网络与模糊理论规则提取方法,选择输入功率作为齿轮能量耗损信息,对模糊控制规则进行修改,建立能量耗 损信息的齿轮模糊的故障规则。研究表明,基于能量耗损的齿轮故障规则是有效准确的,为实现基于能量耗损的故障诊 断奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    For the fact that energy loss will change when there is some faults with the gear,a new fault diagnosis method of gear based on energy loss was put forward and corresponding fault rules were set up.The gear tribological system and the energy loss theory were researched a test bed monitoring the energy loss of gear was designed to obtain the information of energy loss,and choosing the input power as the energy loss information of the gear,the extraction method of neural network and fuzzy theory were adopted to modify the rules and build the fuzzy fault rules of gears energy loss information.The result shows that fault diagnosis rules of gear based on energy loss are effective and accurate,which lays the foundation for realizing the fault diagnosis based on energy loss.
