Lubrication management is a complex system engineering but not only the lubricant management.Fine management system for lubrication based on system nodes was proposed, including the target system, the responsibility system, the running system and the evaluation system.The management system of lubrication was divided into four subsystems in this fine management system, including lubricant logistics management, lubricant using management, lubrication input management and lubrication guarantee system.The work focus and difficulties within each subsystem were identified as management nodes.Lubricant logistics management emphasizes the oil entrance and circulation management, lubricant using management focuses on oil using quality and inspection, lubrication input management pays attention to hardware configuration, lubrication guarantee system includes rules and regulations construction and information promoting.The effects were summarized according to the implementation of fine management system for lubrication in Shengli Oilfield.
