立方氮化硼复合固体涂层的摩擦学性能研究

    摘要:

    将固体润滑剂MoS2、WS2、Sb2O3与立方氮化硼(CBN)复配制备成复合固体涂层,通过正交试验确定复合固体涂层各组元的最优配比,在高温高压条件下考察复合固体涂层的摩擦学性能。试验结果表明,CBN、WS2、MoS2、Sb2O3的质量比为3∶2∶2∶1时,制备的CBN复合固体涂层摩擦因数最低,其中CBN和WS2在复合涂层中起主要的减摩抗磨作用。制备的CBN复合固体涂层在高温高压下仍具有优良的减摩抗磨性能,其摩擦因数随温度的升高而增加,随压力的增加而降低。

    Abstract:

    A composite solid coatings was prepared by solid lubricants(MoS2,WS2,Sb2O3) and cubic boron nitride(CBN) ,and the optimum ratio of several solid lubricants in the composite solid coatings was determined by orthogonal test.The tribological properties of the composite solid coatings at high temperature and high pressure were studied.The test results show that,when the mass ratio of CBN,WS2,MoS2 and Sb2O3 is 3∶2∶2∶1,the prepared composite solid coating has the lowest friction coefficient,and CBN and WS2 plays an important role of friction reducing and wear resistance in the composite coatings.The prepared composite solid coating has excellent properties of friction reducing and wear resistance at high temperature and high pressure,its friction coefficient is increased with the increasing of temperature,and decreased with the increasing of pressure.
