For the problem that the lubrication oil collection of high power diesel engine during highspeed operation was not intime and safe,reasonable sampling indexes as position,time and period in lubrication oil collection were researched,The normalization method of lubrication oil intime collection during highspeed running of high power diesel engine was proposed,and the correspond collection system device was built,Throughout the experiment，this method is proved to be effective to solve the problem of judging the operating state and fault inaccurately due to the crude sampling manipulation.
