摘要:

针对某渣浆泵原填料密封在使用中存在的问题，采用GY861Ⅰ型集装式机械密封对其进行改造，并介绍集装式机械密封的优点及渣浆泵密封改造、实施步骤。实际生产运行证实了该改造方案的可行性。

Abstract:

Aimed at the problems existed in the use of packing seal for a slurry pump,its transformation was carried out by using GY861 I cartridge type mechanical seal.The advantages of container type mechanical seal,the transformation and implementation steps of slurry pump seal were introduced.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the actual production operation.
