    摘要:

    针对某型装甲车辆综合传动定压滑阀在污染环境下的配合间隙泄漏问题,建立液压滑阀的二维几何模型,利用Fluent对液压油中含不同体积分数的污染颗粒时,不同配合间隙下液压滑阀的流场进行数值仿真,获得其流场特性与泄漏量变化规律。结果表明:流体流入阀腔时,流速增大、压强变小,并在节流口处产生射流现像,颗粒体积分数在阀口流束与漩涡边缘处较高,在漩涡中心区域较低,且在间隙中心区域较靠近壁面处高;含污染颗粒液压油的泄漏量较不含污染颗粒液压油的泄漏量减少,同一间隙下泄漏量与颗粒体积分数成线性关系,颗粒体积分数增大泄漏量减小;泄漏量随颗粒体积分数增大而减小的速率与间隙的三次方成正比关系。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the clearance leakage of a constant pressure valve in polluted environment used in the integrated transmission of an armored vehicle,a twodimension geometric model of different clearance hydraulic spool valve was established.Numerical simulation for the flow field of hydraulic oils with particles in different volume fraction was performed by using Fluent software,and the flow field characteristics and changing rule of leakage were obtained.The results show that when the hydraulic oil flows into the valve port,the velocity of the oil is increased,the oil pressure is decreased,and jet flow at the valve orifice is generated.The volume fraction of particle is higher in the valve port flow beam and vortex edges but lower in the central of vortex,and it is higher in the central area of clearance than near the wall.The leakage of the hydraulic oil with polluted particles is lower than that without polluted particles.The leakage is proportional to volume fraction of particles at the same clearance,and it is reduced with the volume fraction of particles increasing.The rate of leakage reduction with volume fraction of particles increasing is generally proportional to the third power of the clearance.
