    摘要:

    针对由滑动轴承油膜厚度不同所引起的轴瓦受力差异和船舶轴系振动问题,以某型散货船作为研究对象,运用有限元法对不同油膜厚度时的轴瓦应力分布进行仿真,并对推进轴系振动进行模态分析,获得轴系振动的固有频率和振型,并对油膜厚度不同引起的轴瓦受力和轴系振动的差异进行对比分析。结果表明:轴承间隙过小,油膜发生变形,不能形成油楔,油膜的散热作用就会降低,导致轴系发热,磨损增加;而间隙过大,润滑油的动力特性就会减弱,导致轴系运行不稳定,振动更加剧烈,不利于形成油楔。因此,随着轴系的磨损,轴承间隙会逐渐增大,当间隙超过一定值时,振动幅值将会过大,从而危害轴系的安全运行。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problems of force difference of bearing bush and ship shafting vibration caused by different oil film thickness of sliding bearing,taking a bulk cargo ship as the research object,the stress distribution of bearing bush at different oil film thickness was simulated by using the finite element method,and the modal analysis was carried out on the propulsion shafting vibration to obtain the natural vibration frequency and vibration type of the ship shafting.The difference of force of bearing bush and shafting vibration caused by the oil film thickness change was analyzed and compared.Results show that,too small of bearing clearance will cause the deformation of oil film,the oil wedge can not be formed and the oil film cooling effect is reduced,resulting in the increasing of shafting heating and wear.Too large of bearing clearance will reduce the dynamic characteristics of lubricating oil,resulting in unstable shafting operation and more intense vibration of bearing,which is not conducive to the formation of a lubricating oil wedge.The bearing clearance will gradually increase due to the shaft wear,when it exceeds a certain value,the vibration amplitude will be too large to cause a potential danger to the shafting.
