    摘要:

    根据日本工程机械协会标准要求,搭建A2F10泵试验台架考察不同抗氧剂配方液压油的氧化耐久性,定期监测液压油的油泥含量、氧化安定性、总酸值及抗氧剂含量等指标的变化趋势。结果表明,各指标之间变化趋势不完全具备一致性,采用指标界限值对液压油性能进行评价的局限性较大。利用灰色模糊评价方法,计算各指标的权重及其隶属函数,建立工程机械液压油性能评价模型进行综合性能评价。研究结果表明,建立的模型评价结果与实际行车情况相符,为工程机械液压油的检测分析提供了全面可量化的判断依据。

    Abstract:

    According to the Japan Construction Mechanization Association standard JCMAS P045,A2F10 high pressure piston pump bench was established to study the oxidation durability of hydraulic oils with different antioxidant.The deterioration tendency of the hydraulic oil indexs,including sludge amount,oxidation stability and acid number,were detected at regular time in the process of bench operation.The results show that the variation trend of each index is not completely consistent,and there is a great limitation to evaluate the performance of hydraulic oils by using index boundary value.The weigh set and the fuzzy functions were designed to evaluate various performances of hydraulic oils by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the fuzzy analytical method is well correlated with actual condition,which provides a comprehensive and quantitative foundation for evaluating hydraulic oils used in the construction machinery.
