    在深水铺管过程中,张紧器上的橡胶垫块与管道外壁之间的接触摩擦行为不可避免地会受到管壁表面海浪液滴润滑作用的影响。为海浪液滴润滑作用的影响,采用自制的模拟试验装置,研究深水铺管过程中3种典型的海水润滑条件对橡胶材料与钢制管道间的静摩擦接触行为的影响。试验结果表明:海水对橡胶-钢接触区的润滑作用明显,减小了接触系统的最大静摩擦力;3种不同海水润滑条件对接触系统的润滑效率由大到小的排序为完全润湿、后端润滑、前端润滑。通过对接触区演化过程的观测,分析海水润滑机制,结果表明,接触区中海水介质润滑层的存在减弱了接触面间黏着力的水平,并加速了接触面间分离过程,导致最大静摩擦力下降;润滑效率不同主要是因为海水介质润滑层在接触区内的形成机制不同,进而导致润滑效率不同

    Abstract:

    It is inevitable for sea water droplets splashing on surface of pipe during pipeline installation.In order to study the influence of lubrication of sea water droplets,a series of experimental tests were carried out in laboratory condition to investigate the static frictional behaviors of rubberpipe contact system under the three typical lubricating conditions,the whole contact lubrication,the front part lubrication and the tail edge lubrication.The results show apparently reduction on the level of static friction due to the lubrication of sea water.The whole contact lubrication has the best lubricating efficiency,while the influence of lubrication is more active when droplet propagates into the contact interfaces at tail edge than that at front edge.Sequences of captures of contact region facilitate to identify the evolutions of contact,and to analyze the principles of lubrication for the three lubricating conditions.It is shown that the adhesion force between interfaces of contact is weaken by sea water film which is entrapped in the contact region,and then the static friction force is decreased.The difference of lubricating efficiency between the two side parts of contact is mainly resulting from the different formations of sea water film.
