    摘要:

    某型挤压机组存在的监测部位多、离线分析工作量大、分析工作耗时长的问题,严重影响监测的时效性。针对这一问题,探讨磨损实时监测技术在该挤压机组中的应用。介绍磨损实时监测系统的硬件和软件组成,以及磨损实时监测系统的现场安装及监测系统油路设计。现场运行结果表明,磨损实时监测技术及时地发现了系统运行中出现的油品性能劣化及水污染问题,为机组的预知性维修与主动性维护提供及时、准确的技术支持。

    Abstract:

    There are many problems in a extruding unit,such as many monitoring location,heavy workload of offline analysis and long timeconsuming analysis,which seriously affect the timeliness of monitoring.In view of these problems,the application of realtime monitoring technology of wear in this extruding unit was discussed.The hardware and software composition of the realtime monitoring system of wear were introduced,as well as the onsite installation of the realtime monitoring system and the design of lubricating oil pipeline of the monitoring system.The field operation results show that the realtime monitoring technology of wear can find the deterioration of oil performance and water pollution in the system in time.It provides timely and accurate technical support for the predictive maintenance and active maintenance of the equipment
