Abstract:In order to study the compression resilience of disc spring for bolted flange joint, the elasticplastic finite element model for mechanical performance analysis of disc spring was established, and its reliability was verified by experiments.ABAQUS software was used to analyze the compression resilience process, and the effects of the ratio of outer diameter to inner diameter, inclination angle and thickness of disc spring on the compression resilience of the disc spring were discussed. The results show that the flattening load of the disc spring is increased with the increase of the thickness and inclination angle of disc spring, and decreased with the increase of the ratio of outer diameter to inner diameter of disc spring. The resilience is decreased with the increase of the thickness, inclination angle and the ratio of outer diameter to inner diameter of disc spring.Based on the orthogonal experimental analysis method and the dimensional analysis, the prediction model of flattening load and rebound curve of disc spring for bolted flange joint was established, and its reliability was verified.
