    摘要:

    基于混合润滑理论建立往复密封数值仿真模型,该模型综合考虑了密封系统中密封件的宏观固体力学变形、密封接触区微观粗糙峰接触、油膜厚度分布等因素,可以分析得到往复密封摩擦力、泄漏量等关键性能参数。以往复密封常用的斯特封为研究对象,通过往复密封基础试验台测量表征往复密封特性的关键参数摩擦力及泄漏量。试验与仿真结果表明:斯特封的瞬时摩擦力随着介质压力的升高而增大,反装斯特封的泄漏量随着往复行程的累积而增加。试验测量结果与仿真模型计算结果基本一致,验证了仿真模型的正确性。

    Abstract:

    A numerical simulation model of reciprocating seals was developed base on mixed lubrication theory.The macroscopic solid mechanical deformation of seals,the microrough peak contact in the contact zone and the oil film thickness distribution in the sealing system were considered in this model,and the key performance parameters such as friction force and leakage of reciprocating seals can be obtained by analysis.Bench tests were carried out with the commonly used Step seal in reciprocating seal as the research object,the friction and leakage of the Step seal were measured.The experimental and simulation results show that the instantaneous friction force of the Step seal is increased with the increase of the medium pressure, and the leakage of reverse Step seal is increased with the accumulation of reciprocating stroke.The experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the validity of the simulation model.
